Funds deposited into your betus account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. betus does not pay interest on player account balances. You acknowledge that deposited funds are not insured deposits and are subject to the terms governing account suspension and termination set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

betus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Unauthorised use of betus intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
betus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betus Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent betus from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
